The short version
We use a few cookies the site needs to work, and, only if you agree, Google Analytics cookies to see how people use the website. We don’t use advertising cookies and we don’t track you across other websites.
Cookies the site needs
These are strictly necessary, so they don’t need your consent.
- Your cookie choice (hbn_analytics, 6 months): remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies, so we don’t ask again on every page.
- Admin sign-in (authjs.* cookies): keep network administrators signed in to the admin area. They are only set if you sign in as an administrator.
- Payments: when you pay for a booking you are taken to Stripe, which sets its own cookies to process the payment securely and prevent fraud. See Stripe’s cookie policy.
Analytics cookies (only if you accept)
If you choose “Accept analytics”, Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID, which last up to 2 years. They tell us which pages are visited, how people arrive at the site and roughly where they are. Google Analytics doesn’t load at all unless you accept, and we have turned off its advertising features. See our privacy notice and Google’s privacy policy.
Analytics isn’t switched on at the moment, so these cookies aren’t used.
The Hive 365 tour video
The tour video on our home page uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode and only loads when you press play. Once you do, YouTube may set cookies or use similar technology. See Google’s privacy policy.
Changes
If we change the cookies we use, we will update this page and ask again where your consent is needed.
