Ben Bowen
Director, Hive 365 and Entrepreneur
Alongside his role at Hive 365, Ben has spent more than a decade building businesses across staffing, payroll and hospitality tech.
He is Associate Director at HAP Solutions Group, which he helped grow from a three-person start-up in 2016 into one of the UK's largest temporary staffing agencies, and Founding Director of Cactus Payroll Solutions. His expertise covers staffing operations, UK and ROI payroll compliance, ePOS and systems implementation, and event logistics.
Ben also builds digital tools for hospitality and leisure, including a food safety app, bespoke food ordering systems and unmanned green fee collection for golf clubs. He also supports his partner Eloise with Tipsy Moo, her vintage ice cream and cocktail van.
Ben loves helping local businesses grow, whether that means finding the right workspace, sorting out staffing and payroll, or using technology to work smarter. In his spare time he enjoys the outdoors and doing agility with Buddy, the Kelpie.
